Komu Homes began managing Catella’s Finnish portfolio less than six months ago, but the results are already visible in daily operations. Communication has been open, fast, and flexible on both sides, enabling quick responses to both leasing and maintenance needs.

Financial management has also been quickly taken under control, with noticeable progress achieved in a short time. “Adaptation to reporting in accordance with the extensive requirements of German funds has taken place swiftly and the necessary changes have been handled efficiently,” says Catella’s CFO Iiro Nurkkala.
