We were busy last year! We expanded our services to reach over 100,000 residents, got several new customers and advisors and grew from 4 to 10 people team. We are fortunate to continue working towards the goal with our talented team.

And we are not slowing down! Komu Homes mission is staying the same and we are here to modernize real-estate industry. We aim to remove the hassle between the tenant and the property manager and streamline the process to be significantly more efficient. Our services helps property managers to invest in tenant experience and to build better long-term resident relationships.

Our vision for the year 2023 and beyond is to focus on expanding our reach both domestically and internationally. We will do more research on the real estate industry situation in the Europe and will use it to guide our future expansion plans as we aim to enter the European market. Our long-term goal is to establish ourselves as a major player in the global real estate industry. To achieve this, we will be utilizing the capital raised from our pre-seed funding round to launch a new product that will provide additional value to our customers.
